They met us around August 2017. At that time they were planning to just launch the brand. They had come up with their in-house manufactured LED TVs.
They required the development of a distribution network with an investment between 50 lac and 1 cr. They also required the development of retail franchises with the initial investment of Rs 20 lac. The biggest challenge here was that the TV manufacturing industry is a huge market with big players already ruling the industry.
Initially, we established a market presence and generate credibility for their brand. Hence, we came up with several informative videos and creative banners with compelling content for them.
Thereafter, Team Digital Punch designed and developed a unique industry-oriented website on CMS platform for Trion Global which communicates their USP and showcases their immense manufactural strength very clearly. We designed their tagline as well as their brand logo.
Next, we had to generate B2B and Franchise leads for the retail partners. Here, we needed to identify and target the people from FMCG and consumer durables background. The next challenge was the huge investment for the distribution network. So, we analysed and hit only the people with a huge turnover, say above 50 lac and so. We generated leads accordingly for them.
In the last 8 months, we have provided them 12 distributors and 55 retail franchise PAN India. We plan to take the number to 200 this year.
Apart from this we have come up with PR Content and Release for them that help them to grab some good partners.
