Manchester United’s Nemanja Matic believes that in order to win the Premier League title, his side will have to put together a winning run of games.
Nemanja Matic said the team needs to win five or six consecutive games before they can afford to drop a few points and then again begin a new winning streak. Matic’s remarks came after Manchester United defeated Sheffield United 3-2 in the Premier League here on Friday.
“I always say if you want to win a title, you have to win five or six consecutive games — then you can drop some points in maybe one or two games. Then you have to win five or six games again to win the league,” the club’s official website quoted Nemanja Matic as saying.
“We have to forget the game tonight and focus on the next one. For us, every game is a final. Every game is the game of our lives for us. I believe that we can do something,” he added.

With this victory, the club has moved up to the sixth position in the table, having amassed 23 points from 12 games. Interestingly, all the clubs positioned above Manchester United have played 13 games so far in this season of the league.
Nemanja Matic further stated: “We play many games, every three days. We are lucky that we have a big squad. Sometimes we can rotate the players. I think everybody is ready. We only have one or two injured players, so every training we are training on the pitch. It’s good for the team and we are very confident.” Manchester United will now take on Leeds United on Sunday.
Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) and bp on Friday announced the start of production from the R Cluster, an ultra-deep-water gas field in block KG D6 off the east coast of India.
RIL and bp are developing three deepwater gas projects in block KG D6 – R Cluster, Satellites Cluster, and MJ — which together are expected to meet approximately 15 percent of India’s gas demand by 2023. These projects will utilize the existing hub infrastructure in the KG D6 block. RIL is the operator of KG D6 with a 66.67 percent participating interest and bp holds a 33.33 percent participating interest.
R Cluster is the first of the three projects to come onstream. The field is located about 60 km from the existing KG D6 Control and Riser Platform (CRP) off the Kakinada coast and comprises a sub-sea production system tied back to CRP via a sub-sea pipeline. Located at a water depth of greater than 2000 meters, it is the deepest offshore gas field in Asia. The field is expected to reach plateau gas production of about 12.9 million standard cubic meters per day (mmscmd) in 2021.
“We are proud of our partnership with bp that combines our expertise in commissioning gas projects expeditiously under some of the most challenging geographical and weather conditions,” said RIL Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani.
This is a significant milestone in India’s energy landscape for a cleaner and greener gas-based economy. Through our deep-water infrastructure in the Krishna Godavari basin we expect to produce gas and meet the growing clean energy requirements of the nation,” he said in a statement.
bp Chief Executive Bernard Looney said this start-up is another example of the possibility of a partnership with Reliance, bringing the best of both companies to help meet India’s rapidly expanding energy needs. “Growing India’s own production of cleaner-burning gas to meet a significant portion of its energy demand, these three new KG D6 projects will support the country’s drive to shape and improve its future energy mix,” he said.
RIL said that the next project, the Satellites Cluster, is expected to come onstream in 2021 followed by the MJ project in 2022. According to estimates, peak gas production from the three fields is expected to be around 30 mmscmd (1 bcf/d) by 2023 which is expected to be about 25 percent of India’s domestic production and will help reduce the country’s dependence on imported gas.
University of Hong Kong & Sydney has found Kangaroos can communicate with humans
Kowloon [Hong Kong]: A recent study by the City University of Hong Kong in collaboration with the University of Sydney has found that unlike other domesticated animals like dogs, horses, or goats; Kangaroos, which have never been domesticated can intentionally, communicate with humans.
The research involved kangaroos, marsupials that were never domesticated, at three locations across Australiaand revealed that kangaroos gazed at a human when trying to access food which had been put in a closed box. The kangaroos used gazes to communicate with the human instead of attempting to open the box themselves, a behaviour that is usually expected for domesticated animals. Ten out of 11 kangaroos tested actively looked at the person who had put the food in a box to get it (this type of experiment is known as ‘the unsolvable problem task’). Nine of the 11 kangaroos additionally showed gaze alternations between the box and the person present, a heightened form of communication where they look between the box and human.
Despite never having been domesticated, kangaroos can ask humans for help in a similar way to dogs and horses, researchers say https://t.co/D6v7y5V3bG
The research builds on previous work in the field which has looked at the communication of domesticated animals, such as dogs and goats, and whether intentional communication in animals is a result of domestication. Lead author Dr Alan McElligott, the University of Roehampton (now based at the City University of Hong Kong), previously led a study which found goats can understand human cues, including pointing, to gather information about their environment.
Dr Alan McElligott said: “Through the new study, we were able to see that communication between animals can be learnt and that the behaviour of gazing at humans to access food is not related to domestication. Indeed, kangaroos – showed a very similar pattern of behaviour we have seen in dogs, horses and even goats when put to the same test.
“Our research shows that the potential for referential intentional communication towards humans by animals has been underestimated, which signals an exciting development in this area. Kangaroos are the first marsupials to be studied in this manner and the positive results should lead to more cognitive research beyond the usual domestic species,” he said.
According to Dr Alexandra Green, School of Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Sydney, Kangaroos are iconic Australian endemic fauna which is adored by many worldwide but also considered as a pest. This research draws attention to the cognitive abilities of kangaroos and helps foster more positive attitudes towards them.
An Informative Website for all Beginners and the Regulars
The craze of nutritional supplements has gained popularity among people. People have specific nutritional needs like losing weight, bodybuilding, hair fall control, nail growth, and many more. To cater to all specific nutritional needs, HealthXP has come up with a supplement exclusive online store: HealthXP.in. There are offline or retail stores as well.
The idea behind starting an online stand-alone portal for nutrition supplements was to provide people everything under one roof. The website is very informative. From a beginner to a regular supplement user, everyone can understand the website and its products.
Educative Website
In the health industry, authenticity is very important. The customer’s health is the basic responsibility for any company in this industry for that matter. Keeping this in mind, the website is created in such a way that it is user-friendly. All the products on HealthXP.in have a detailed description of the benefits, usage instructions, ingredients, quantity, and much more. This makes it easier for customers to understand the products.
The inventory size of the website is huge and is unmatchable to any retail store. There are no space restrictions on the website like the retail stores. It is also a major challenge for a walk-in store owner to keep a high number of brands available at all times. The retail store also does not provide such detailed information about the products. Also, the products are way more economical online than in traditional retail stores.
USP and the Brand
The most unique feature of HealthXP.in is its transparency and authenticity. The website has a detailed pop-up box for each product. This box displays the information regarding the seller, brand, shipping address, manufacturer, and an authenticity certificate. This is an eye-catching feature of the website. Unlike any other website, HealthXP displays the authenticity certificate directly from the brand. This shows the genuinity of the website as well as the brands offered on the website.
In 2019, HealthXP started its own line of products with its own name. The motive for creating this was the ‘Make in India’ movement. All the products of the HealthXP brand are made in India. This has made the products way more affordable than imported products. Among the few imported top-selling brands of HealthXP.in, HealthXP brand is one of them. Since its introduction, the brand has made its way up to the top seller list as well.
Perks of Franchising with HealthXP
Along with the inception of the Online Store, an offline store was also inaugurated in 2017. Their first store was in Bandra, Mumbai. With the increasingly great response from customers, HealthXP decided to start franchising. The goal of franchising is to cater to the instant nutritional needs of customers. At times, customers require supplements on an immediate basis or are unwilling to wait for the delivery of online orders.
HealthXP Franchising is a win-win situation for both, the company and the franchise owner. HealthXP gets to set up offline stores for their retail customers and the Franchise store gets free marketing for their customers. The franchisees get to cash out the goodwill of HealthXP. The need of the customers is fulfilled in both ways: Online and Offline.
The benefit of Franchising with HealthXP is that the franchisees have minimal expenditure for marketing. They also do not have to worry about the google standing or digital presence of the store. HealthXP adds every store to their store finder list on the website. There is no authenticity issue either. This way HealthXP gets to keep its customers and the customers also get their products any time they need.
HealthXP Founders say, “The aim is to expand our offline and online presence. Soon, we hope to reach as many customers as possible.”
Jasprit Bumrah bagged two early wickets to put visitors on top against Australia in the ongoing pink-ball Test here at Adelaide Oval.
Bumrah gave India an upper hand in the game after two early wickets before the Dinner break on day two. The speedster sent both the openers– Matthew Wade (8) and Joe Burns (8) — back to the pavilion. Australia could be three wickets down but Bumrah dropped Marnus Labuschange (16) at the boundary. That was a sitter but Bumrah failed to judge the boundary padding behind him. Labuschagne and Steve Smith are unbeaten on 16 and 1 respectively and Australia’s score read 35/2 in 19 overs.
Earlier, India just added 11 runs to their total after resuming the second day on 233/6, overnight batters Wriddhiman Saha (9) and Ravichandran Ashwin (15) failed to add a single run to their personal scores and were sent back to the pavilion in the early overs of the opening session.
Pat Cummins struck on the second ball of the day as he dismissed Ashwin and broke the 27-run partnership for the seventh wicket. Mitchell Starc from the other end bagged Saha and reduced the visiting team at 235/8 in 90.3 overs.
Starc and Cummins then easily removed tailenders — Umesh Yadav (6) and Mohammed Shami (0) — and bundled out India for 244. Jasprit Bumrah remained unbeaten on four runs.
For Australia, Starc clinched four wickets and returned with the best figures of 4-53 while Cummins grabbed three scalps. After the end of the opening day, the session card at the end of the day’s action might read 2-1 in favor of Australia, but it was a day of top quality Test cricket as fortunes swung with each passing hour.
In the end, it was a story of what could have been as India slowly handed away the advantage they had gained back to Australia. At stumps, the score read 233/6 with Saha (9) and Ashwin (15) at the crease and the Australian bowlers looking to go for the kill.
For the hosts, Starc looked a completely different character with the second new ball in hand and finished with the best figures of the day – 2/49. With skipper Kohli leading from the front and hitting a gritty 74, it finally took a silly misunderstanding between him and deputy Ajinkya Rahane for a brilliant 88-run partnership to come to an end in the form of a run-out.
Having done all the hard work from when the openers were dismissed cheaply in the opening session to playing out the tricky twilight phase, Kohli looked set to bring up his fourth hundred in one of his favorite grounds in Australia. But just when it looked like the Australian bowlers had given up and were waiting for the visitors to make a mistake, the visitors obliged.
Day 2, Session 1 – Australia 35/2 after 19 overs vs #TeamIndia (244).
Hitting a Nathan Lyon delivery straight to Josh Hazlewood at wide mid-off, Rahane called for a single and then sold his skipper a dummy. By the time Kohli turned back, the bails had already been dislodged. Rahane had both his arms up in the air as a show of apology, but skipper Kohli silently walked back hoping for his deputy to make amends with a daddy hundred. But it wasn’t to be as the burden of running his skipper out suddenly turned him into a pale shadow of the batsman who was hooking and pulling with elan.
In the end, his stay ended a little later as Starc caught him plumb in front for 42. It was strange to see Hanuma Vihari convince him to take a review when the ball was aimed to go only one way – stumps. Vihari too managed just 16 before he played beside the line of a straight delivery from Hazlewood and was trapped plumb in front.
India got off to the worst possible start as Starc cleaned up Shaw (0) off the second delivery of the match. Cheteshwar Pujara then joined Mayank Agarwal in the middle and the duo tried to stitch a partnership for the visitors as both batters saw off the early spells of Starc and Hazlewood. However, with half-an-hour to go in the first session, Pat Cummins provided the second breakthrough as he bowled Agarwal (17), reducing India to 32/2. Kohli then came to the crease and along with Pujara fearlessly faced the Australian fast bowlers in conditions conducive to pace bowling.

The second session saw some strokeplay from both the batsmen after weathering the storm in the opening session. But just when it looked like the duo would give India the upper hand and walk away with the honors of winning the session, Lyon spoiled the party. Just after reaching the team total of 100, India lost Pujara.
A thick edge off the pad found Marnus Labuschange. A review confirmed the contact of bat and ball after which the on-field umpire overturned his decision and Pujara walked back to the pavilion. He scored 43 runs off 160 balls including two fours. Brief Scores: Australia 35/2 (Labuschagne 16; Bumrah 2-5) vs India 244 (Kohli 74, Pujara 43; Starc 4-53, Cummins 3-48).

Vijay Diwas or Bijoy Diwas is Celebrated in India and Bangladesh each as a Victory over Pakistan and its Troops
Every year, 16th December is celebrated as Vijay Diwas or Victory Day in India. This day commemorates India’s victory over Pakistan in 1971. This was a unique victory for the Indian Army. It was also a proud moment for Bangladesh as they got separated from Pakistan and got their own identity.
Background and Significance
The history of this day dates back to the 1971 Pakistan War, which lasted for 13 days. The war started on December 3rd and ended on 16th December. During this war, the Pakistan Army surrendered to the Indian Army. December 16th is also celebrated as Independence Day of Bangladesh known as Bijoy Diwas.
The war between India Pakistan was initiated due to the Liberation War of Bangladesh. Pakistan was ill-treating the Bangladeshi people and the election results of then-known East Pakistan were undermined. This led to a liberation war by Bangladesh. The credit for India’s victory over Pakistan is equally shared with Bangladesh.
