They met us around August 2017. At that time they were planning to just launch the brand. They had come up with their in-house manufactured LED TVs. They required the development of a distribution network with an investment between 50 lac and 1 cr. They also required the development of retail franchises with the initial investment of Rs 20 lac. The biggest challenge here was that the TV manufacturing industry is a huge market with big players already ruling the industry. Initially, we established a market presence and generate credibility for their brand. Hence, we came up with several informative videos and creative banners with compelling content for them. Thereafter, Team Digital Punch designed and developed a unique industry-oriented website on CMS platform for Trion Global which communicates their USP and showcases their immense manufactural strength very clearly. We designed their tagline as well as their brand logo. Here, we needed to identify and target the people from FMCG and consumer durables background. The next challenge was the huge investment for the distribution network. Aqua soft is one of the oldest manufacturers of water purification solutions in the country. It has been an industry expert for 17 years now.

Our association with Aqua Soft began last year. They are a Domestic & Commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Water Vending machine manufacturing company with a vision to provide efficient, high-grade water treatment solutions all over India. From their humble beginnings as a one-man engineer to today’s full factory with a team of top engineers, sales and support staff their vision has remained the same.

The biggest challenge in the project was to develop suitable franchises for all these categories. For Domestic RO category, they wanted franchise from FMCG background who can invest 20 lac initially, whereas, for the Water ATMs, they were looking for new entrepreneurs in Tier 3 and Tier 4 towns of the country. Also, for their commercial and industrial RO segment, they wanted people from the Water Engineering background.

Unfortunately, their digital presence was spoiled by somebody over Google by putting fake negative reviews. Henceforth, Team Digital Punch discussed each and every review with the Managing director of AquaSoft. It is only when we were satisfied with their genuineness that we started working on their project.

Team Digital Punch prepared an unparalleled website design for Aqua Soft after keeping in mind their core competency focusing on water products. Creative content, images, SEO and Videos and payment gateway integration – we have done it all on WordPress platform. Apart from this, we wrote professional blogs and articles for the client.

Within a few days, we were able to drastically change their brand presence and image over various search engines like Google, etc. Next, we did a thorough research and prepared fresh online campaigns based on our analysis of the research reports. Further, we generated potential leads for them.

Tapps – Case History

The director of Tapps, Mr Udai Singh met Team Digital Punch in July 2017. At that time, they were selling their products only on Amazon and Flipkart. Mr Singh told us that he was looking for expansion of his business through channel sales. But, Tapps was lagging behind in terms of the digital presence of their brand. We felt the need to build the digital presence and credibility for Tapps prior to generation of channel sales for them. Therefore, Team Digital Punch designed and developed a unique industry-oriented website on the WordPress platform for Tapps which talks about the USP very clearly. We designed their tagline as well as their brand logo. We customised the web design, product description and website content for Tapps website. Thereafter, we developed the entire business strategy for their franchise development. We designed all the branding modules for them like their business presentations, creative web banners and content for their social media presence. Next, the entire concept of the brand was to sell the products online. The initial investment for franchise development was Rs 10 lac. In this case, the challenge was the delivery of their products in different slots. So, we were looking for seasoned business partners who were patient enough to wait for the delivery of products for 2-3 months after payment of franchise development amount. Hence, choosing the target audience was a tedious task here. Firstly, we did our research and identified the people who were searching for online business opportunities at Google in the past 3 months. We prepared business strategies to create franchises region-wise. The research was performed PAN India. Similar research was performed on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn also. After analysis of the research reports, we were prepared to hit the right audience in the market. Following that, we prepared several online campaigns over Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The interested people were asked to answer a few questions in an enquiry form. In the initial 7 days, our team was analysing the quality of the leads generated on the basis of the client’s feedback. We had signed an agreement with the client which consisted of the closing of the franchise in addition to delivery of the generated leads. For which they would provide us 10% of the total amount after successful closers. We generated 50 leads from various social media platforms. Out of these leads, our client closed his 1st franchise in New Delhi namely RKA enterprises. It is noteworthy that the franchise has been closed for 15 years. After the closure in North India, the next task was to find relevant partners in the West part of the country. All this while, we analysed the right social media platform for the generation of quality leads. We focussed on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn in addition to Google. In the next phase, we closed one franchise in Indore and another in Pune. The most recent franchise closed is from Hyderabad, Telangana. After successful expansion of the business, we came up with their Press Release. Muscle & Strength India is a leading retailer of protein powder and all sports nutrition. It is the go-to place for best bodybuilding supplements for men and women. The director of the company approached us for franchise business leads initially. In the process of our in-depth analysis of their website, we raised certain red flags requiring immediate attention.
